Tasting Rooms Construction Update
The adaptive-reuse renovation of a former pharmaceuticals warehouse turned a high-volume commercial kitchen is underway in Norwalk, Connecticut. Working with our client, On The Marc Events, we are transforming the industrial buildling into a welcoming, daylit workplace by opening up the plan, introducing warm, durable materials, and replacing opaque partitions with transparent connections between office staff and chefs. The project prioritizes clarity of circulation, access to natural light, and a material palette that avoids plastic finishes in favor of robust, long-lasting surfaces suited to intensive daily use.
